    You allow pleasure as presence, not performance. Through internal exploration without oil, mantra, and devotional touch, you practice receiving from yourself what you have been waiting for someone else to give.

Each day three anchors hold the practice together: breath to arrive, body to listen, and awareness to stay. You stay present with yourself when something real comes up, and you stay long enough for something honest to come through.
