This is where this work begins. This is 21 days of returning to your body in a way that is structured, simple, and consistent enough that your system can actually follow.
Ten minutes a day with you, your body, and a sequence that rebuilds what years of overriding yourself took away. Safety comes first, then honesty, then pleasure. In that order, for a reason. Because when you feels safe in your body, everything changes.
You will stop shrinking in conversations, performing or overriding yourself in the bedroom, and you will stop giving everything to everyone else and start giving to yourself instead.

How it works
This is a 21-day intensive built on repetition, simplicity, and consistency so your body can actually change.
Three weeks, and three layers.
Week One: You build safety in your body through breath, journaling, mantra, and touch. You begin to land instead of hovering above your experience.
Week Two: You start seeing yourself without editing. You meet your body directly and begin replacing critique with awareness.
Week Three: You learn how to receive. Pleasure becomes something you stay with, not something you dissociate from or rush through.
Each day is anchored in three parts: breath to awaken, body to listen, and awareness to stay.
Ten minutes a day is all you need. You do not need to do more, you need to be consistent because that is what creates the shift. Three weeks gives your body enough time to begin trusting the pattern without overwhelming your system. Just stay with it.
